Questions, answered
What payment methods can I use?
Checkout is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. You can pay with major cards and the other methods shown at checkout, and you get a receipt by email.
Do you charge sales tax or VAT?
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record, so it adds any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country at checkout and handles it for us.
Is there a subscription?
No. Each app is a one-time purchase and updates are free.
How do refunds work?
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Your license is deactivated after the refund. See the refund policy.
Can I move my license to another computer?
Yes. Deactivate it in Settings on the old device, then activate it on the new one. Each license works on 2 devices at a time.
Do I need to buy Venice credits before buying the app?
No, but you need them before your first edit. See the Venice setup guide. The minimum top-up is $10.
