Terms of Use

These terms apply to the VeloPixels Chrome extension, the VeloPixels desktop app (together, "the apps") and this website. By buying or using the apps you agree to them.
Your license
- When you buy an app, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that app.
- Each license key can be active on up to 2 devices at a time. You can move it by deactivating it on one device and activating it on another.
- The extension and the desktop app are separate products. A license for one doesn't work with the other.
- The purchase is one-time. Updates are included at no extra cost for as long as we provide them.
What you may not do
- Share, resell or publish your license key, or let others use it beyond your own devices.
- Remove or bypass the license check, or distribute modified copies of the apps.
- Use the apps to break the law or to violate the rights of others.
Your photos and your responsibility
Only edit photos that you own or have permission to use. You are responsible for the photos you edit, the prompts you write and how you use the results. When you use the extension on Instagram, you must also follow Instagram's Terms of Use.
Venice AI and other services
The apps use Venice AI to edit photos, with your own Venice account and API key. Your use of Venice, including what you pay for credits, is governed by Venice's terms. We don't control Venice, its models, prices or availability. If Venice changes or stops its service, some features may stop working.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, under its buyer terms.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase. See the refund policy.
Ending a license
We may deactivate a license that was refunded, charged back, or used in breach of these terms (for example, a shared or published key).
No warranty
The apps are provided "as is". AI edits can be unpredictable, and we don't guarantee any particular result, that the apps will be error-free, or that they will keep working with Instagram, Chrome, Windows or Venice as those services change.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the apps is limited to the amount you paid for the app involved. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for Venice credits you buy from Venice.
About these terms
VeloPixels is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Venice AI or Meta Platforms (Instagram). We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.
